About OSP
OSP is a prestigious summer school designed for high-achieving students aged 14–18 from around the world. Our mission is to deliver an enriching academic experience that inspires intellectual growth, fosters personal development, and cultivates lifelong skills.
We are seeking Team Advisors (TAs) for the Engineering Module, who are passionate about education, hands-on learning, mentorship, and student engagement. TAs play a vital role in guiding students through their OSP experience, providing leadership support, and fostering a dynamic, inclusive learning environment.
Job Description
Job Title: Team Advisor (TA) – Engineering
Location: St Hugh’s College, Oxford
Compensation: 1200 USD per programme (accommodation at St Hugh’s College and all meals provided)
Number of hours: 40 hours per programme
Contract Type: Short-term (Residential)
Programme Dates:
• 6th–17th July 2025
• 20st–30th July 2025
• 4th–15th August 2025
TAs will live on-site and be responsible for small groups of 12–16 students, leading discussions, academic debriefs, leadership sessions, and student activities.

Right to Work in the UK (OSP is unable to sponsor work visas).

Compulsory Pre-Programme Training: Selected candidates must attend online and in-person training to ensure familiarity with OSP policies, student welfare, and leadership techniques.

Enhanced DBS Check: All selected candidates will be subject to an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. A successful outcome is required before final confirmation of employment.
