Financial Aid

At the Oxford Scholars Programme (OSP), we believe in making transformative educational experiences accessible to all students, regardless of their financial background. To support this mission, we offer a limited number of partial financial aid opportunities to talented and motivated students who demonstrate academic excellence, leadership potential, and financial need.

Our financial aid programme is designed to help reduce the financial barriers that might prevent some students from joining our programme. We offer partial need-based financial aid only.

How to Apply for Financial Aid:

To apply for a financial aid, students must complete a separate financial aid form, which includes:

  • Academic Achievement: Demonstrate strong academic performance.

  • Essay: Submit a 500-word essay explaining how the programme aligns with your future plans and goals.

  • Essay: “What global problem would you like to solve, and why? Describe how you would approach addressing this issue and what impact you hope to make. Please support your ideas with examples or experiences that have influenced your interest in this problem.” (500- word)

  • Financial Need: Provide a statement of financial support or other relevant documents to demonstrate the need.

  • Extracurricular Activities: Showcase your involvement in extracurricular activities, such as sports, volunteering, or leadership roles, to highlight your holistic development.

  • Recommendation from school counselor or teacher

This information helps us understand your profile and determine your eligibility for available scholarships.

What We Look For

We are looking for students who show a passion for learning and a commitment to personal and academic growth. The ideal candidate is someone who not only excels academically but also demonstrates leadership skills, takes initiative, and positively influences those around them. We value students who actively contribute to their community, whether through volunteering, mentoring, school projects, or other initiatives that create meaningful impact. Financial aid is awarded based on a combination of academic merit, financial need, personal character, leadership capability, and community engagement, as well as a clear vision of how attending OSP will help them achieve their long-term goals.

Financial Aid Benefits

Recipients of financial aid will receive a partial reduction in their programme fees. No fully funded awards are available; only need-based financial aid is offered, covering a portion of the total fees. Visa, flights, and other travel-related costs are not included. Financial aid of up to 25% of the programme fees may be granted based on the student’s demonstrated financial need. The exact amount of aid awarded will depend on the individual circumstances of each applicant.

Once the decision is announced, you will need to pay the remaining programme fees in full within 7 working days to secure your place.

We understand that every student’s circumstances are unique, and we strive to support those who show promise and passion.
